A model release is created to protect both model and photographer. The following release means that both the model and Tilly Nelson cannot make further money from the images without written consent

Example: The images taken from this project can be shared to promote the project it’s message by all involved. However these images cannot be distributed to any 3rd parties without written consent from Tilly. This includes magazines, tv networks, and any company that might be featuring the person featured in the image. Likewise, the images can be used by Tilly Nelson to promote herself as a photographer and promote the project. This could include her website, social media and entering into competitions. Is does not include selling the image to a platform to use in some way or allowing a business to use the image to sell a product. If a scenario occurred for either the people featured in the images or Tilly to have the images used somewhere other than stated in the release, this must be discussed in writing between both parties. As a person involved in the shoot, it is your responsibility to protect the images from being used in a way that isn’t part of the project. We rarely run into any problems with this sort of thing but this release protects everyone involved so none of us that are creating something without being paid see the images being used where we weren’t expecting. Please feel free to reach out to Tilly if you want any further information on this side of things.
