Building an inclusive industry together

It’s not enough for my work to be inclusive—I’m passionate about making sure my teams and productions are too. Creating opportunities for underrepresented communities is part of my work.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to build a career doing what I love, and I believe it’s my responsibility to help create that same opportunity for the next generation. Inclusion starts behind the scenes, not just in the work we produce.

As part of this commitment, I’m creating opportunities for emerging photographers and creatives from underrepresented communities to gain real on-set experience, learn on the job, and build their careers. When a shoot allows, my goal is to bring one additional team member from an underrepresented community onto set with me, with or without prior experience.
